About Ben's Heating & Air Conditioning
Company History
Ben Burton founded Ben’s Heating and Air Conditioning in 1989 to service the Portland Oregon metro area. Ben had spent the last 27 years working for B&T Gas Service and noticed a real need for a company that provided home comfort solutions while delivering a higher level of customer service.
Starting out as primarily a heating and cooling services, Ben’s has since branched out into all facets of home comfort and started offering services and products to improve indoor air quality. Our full line of Bryant electronic air cleaners and purifiers are becoming a necessity for those with health conditions or just want a healthier environment for their family.
Ben’s son, Clyde, took over the business in 2000 so it continues to be a family owned business catering to the residential sector as well as light commercial.
New service coordinator
The newest member of the Ben's Heating team is Victor. He joined us last November to help answer phones, schedule service calls and provide the best customer service possible. His goal as service coordinator is to make our customers feel cared for from the first phone call to when a technician arrives to help solve their problem.
With Victor on board, we are able to provide an even higher level of customer service to Portland homeowners and businesses. The response from our customers is overwhelming-they love the fast and professional service.
